Who can rent aircraft from Vision Aviation?

Aircraft rentals are available to properly certificated pilots with a valid FAA certificate and current medical who meet insurance and checkout requirements. All pilots must be in good standing with the FAA and may rent our Cessna 172 for rent or multi-engine aircraft rentals for personal or training flights.

Do you require a checkout or evaluation flight?

Yes. All new renters complete a checkout flight with a Vision Aviation-approved instructor. This ensures familiarity with the aircraft, proficiency, and compliance for pilot training programs or commercial pilot time building.

Do you offer block-time or prepaid discounts?

Yes. We provide discounted prepaid block-time packages for flexible scheduling. These packages are ideal for multi-time aircraft training, private pilot training, or advanced IFR pilot training. Check individual aircraft pages for details.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made within the notice window specified in your rental agreement. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.

Is renters insurance required?

Yes, non-owned aircraft insurance is required to rent Vision Aviation aircraft.

Minimum policy: $50,000

How is aircraft scheduling handled?

All bookings are managed through Flight Schedule Pro (FSP). Login details are provided after your first demo flight, making scheduling your pilot training aircraft or aircraft rental quick and convenient.
